“I have supported this film from the day I read the script…”The Wish” touched my heart from a very personal place. I actually have family members that have their personal stories with the emotional and physical battles they face daily while awaiting a donor. Every story is different yet equally as important to their loved ones, which is why I’m so compassionate towards this very important cause. I truly appreciate Donate Life America’s effort to increase awareness across the board specially for minority ethnic groups. I am faithful and prayerful that with this film we will help to educate and increase the numbers of registered living/deceased organ/ tissue donors worldwide by allowing the audience a glimpse of one particular individual’s life struggles with her illness.”
