DLA DMV Awards

Each year, DLA recognizes the dedication of DMV staff and offices through regional and national awards presented at AAMVA Conferences across the country.

DLA DMV Innovation Award

The Innovation Award recognizes a DMV or driver licensing partner (DLP) office(s) that has implemented a unique and engaging event, activity or practice that demonstrates how the Donate Life mission* is a part of their DMV or DLP office culture. Each Donate Life State Team will be invited to nominate DMV office(s) in their state for the Donate Life America DMV Innovation Award. DLA and AAMVA judges will consider the award nominations by AAMVA Region (1-4). One Regional winner will be awarded at each 2021 AAMVA Regional Conference. One national winner will also be chosen from the AAMVA Regional award winners. The national winner will be recognized at the 2021 AAMVA International Conference (AIC). Nominators and nominees will receive notification if they have won by May 1st.

Eligibility: All submissions welcome, including previous entries (non-winners). If the DMV/DLP office nominated is a non-AAMVA member, recognition will be held outside of the AAMVA conferences at the state level
